SAIB to pay SAR 400m dividends for H1-23

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) announced the board’s decision to disburse cash dividends after zakat worth SAR 400 million for the first half (H1) of 2023, according to a bourse filing.

The lender will grant SAR 0.40 per share, equivalent to 4%of the share nominal value, for 1 billion eligible shares.

The eligibility and payment dates for the H1-23 dividends will be 3 and 15 August 2023, respectively.

It is noteworthy to mention that the board members greenlighted the dividends during their meeting on 26 July.

In the first six months (6M) of 2023, SAIB logged net profits valued at SAR 852.70 million, higher by 40.31% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 607.70 million.

Earnings per share (EPS) increased to SAR 0.77 in H1-23 from SAR 0.56 in H1-22.
